I'm Max!

I'm a designer with a passion for developer advocacy. At JPMorgan, I transform intricate technical workflows into products and services that truly make sense to the engineers who use them.

I started my career as a developer before discovering my love for UX. Now, I blend my engineering background with a customer-focused mindset to help technologists work with less friction.

To me, design is purposeful creation - the intentional shaping of all things, inclusive of roadmaps, decision-making frameworks, team dynamics, system architecture and design systems. My favourite part of what I do is collaborating and leading across disciplines to ensure every decision keeps the customer at the center.
